RESORT OPENS
Mountain Shadows Resort opened its doors in Paradise Valley in 1959. Nestled below iconic Camelback Mountain, the resort earned its namesake from the shadows cast each afternoon.
AN INSTANT ICON
The upscale locale instantly became a luxurious desert destination, catering to the likes of international travelers, visiting families and Hollywood stars. Valley residents could own a slice of paradise by purchasing private homes.

Bath Butler Experience
